Fidalgo Networking is happy to announce our new customer referral program. Starting February 2003, existing customers can have the opportunity to earn free services for referring new customers to us. Referred customers receive free activation as a bonus.

What you get (Current customer):
You will receive up to a month free service for every new customer you refer to us. The credit you receive will be determined by the plan selected by the referral.

What they get (Referred customer):
Customers who are referred to Fidalgo Networking, Inc. by a current customer will receive free activation on their new dialup service (up to a $15 value).

In order for referrals to be eligible for this benefit they must:
• Sign up for a qualifying dialup account (75 hours/Non-Metered, (56k/ISDN).
• Provide the Email address of the Current Fidalgo Customer who referred them.
• Remain a customer past their free trial period.
• Pay their first bill.

In order for a current Fidalgo customer to be eligible for referral credit they must:
• Provide any new customer they are referring to us with their Fidalgo Email address
• Have a current, active account with Fidalgo.
• Have paid for at least one month’s service.
• Have no outstanding account balance (overdue).

Example 1:
Bob (a current customer) reffers Larry to our service. Bob currently uses our unlimited
monthly plan ($21/month). Larry signed up for our unlimited plan as well ($21/month).

Bob will recieve a non-refundable credit of $21 on his account.
Larry will recieve free activation on his new service.

Example 2:
Bob (a current customer) reffers Larry to our service. Bob currently uses our 75hr limited
monthly plan ($12/month). Larry signed up for our unlimited service plan ($21/month).

Since Bob has a 75 hour monthly plan, he will recieve a non-refundable credit of $12.
Larry will recieve free activation on his new service.

Example 3:
Bob (a current customer) reffers Larry to our service. Bob currently uses our unlimited
monthly plan ($21/month). Larry signed up for our our limited service plan ($12/month).

Since Larry signed up for a lesser plan than Bob's, he will recieve a non-refundable credit of $12 on his account.
Larry will recieve free activation on his new service.

Instances of “Fidalgo” in this document refer to “Fidalgo Networking, Inc.”
There is no limit on customer referrals from existing customers, but you may not refer the same person, organization or account more than once.

Fidalgo Networking, Inc. reserves the right to refuse referrals which we judge to be abuse of the system, or outside our intent of service. Referral requirements and stipulations are subject to change without warning. All credits issued via the referral program are non refundable.
