We noticed this morning that one of our incoming email gateway servers was rejecting legit mail, saying "No such user here" to our @fidalgo.net addresses. We were able to find and fix the issue, and it is now processing mail properly again. Logs indicate this started on July 27, 2019. This server doesn't process much mail, mainly spam, and only used when our main mail server is busy.

This morning around 10:20am, our mail server (SmarterMail), went down, we were now able to get it back online, and all email is flowing again. We are sorry for this 2+ hr outage.

We are aware of more spam getting through lately and mail stability issues. We are working on a solution and will be migrating to it by early 2019!

Starting this week, we have disabled port 2525 during the day hours, be sure you are NOT using this port for SMTP outgoing email.

@fidalgo.net & @valleyint.com Mail Customers - We did a change to our securemail settings, be sure to use your entire email address for your username. If you are having more troubles, give us a call!
